Adam Armstrong
Adam is a charismatic and experienced trainer, behavioural assessor and voice coach working at all levels of management. Adam began working in the Finance sector with companies such as Prudential, Britannic and Liverpool Victoria in 1995, assessing sales and management skills, managing assessment and development centres and providing one-to-one coaching up to and including Board level. Over the past seven years, Adam has worked in the voluntary, public and private sectors in the design and delivery of powerful development programmes. These include the PCEP programme for Board – level directors at British Telecom, as well as the design and delivery of a three-day management development programme for 450 managers in Ordnance Survey. |
