Our practice adheres to the International Coach Federation (ICF) code of ethics. We follow strict rules on confidentiality and establish coaching agreements to offer transparency in our dealing with clients and those being coached. Parallel Mind coaches are professionally qualified coaches. Nick Marson is ICF certified Gestalt coach & Derek Benton, Results Brain Based Coaching trained with Neuroleadership Institute. We are committed to CPD and coach supervision.
