I am writing as agreed to summarise the comments I have received from the participants on our recent course.

Without exception everyone felt the day was a success and a good antidote to the technology overload so often featured in presentations these days, and guiding us to effective conversational skills. We considered it also thought provoking forcing us to frame our ideas more constructively for best effect, and although perhaps obvious it hasn’t always been the case to keep in mind the point of the presentation, especially in the way that your approach demanded of us.

It was useful for the group to spark off each other and it was helpful to have critique from other members, but the degree of repetitiveness would have been difficult to accommodate with a group that was any larger. The day needed to be intense and quite long, but we all felt this was preferable to running over two days.

In all we learned much and personally, as you know, I will be promoting the Parallel Mind approach within the Munich Re. This being the case, nevertheless corporate policy forbids us to allow the use of our name in any promotional material – with apologies.
